Job Description Summary

               

This position is responsible for the startup, operation and shutdown of the process line equipment from the even flow to the freeze tunnels.

Job Description

• Monitor and adjust peeling, cutting sorting processes.

• Monitor and adjust blancher, dryer and batter systems.

• Must be able to monitor adjust and clean and fill fryers.

• Monitor and regulate fryer systems.

• Ability to operate all equipment safely

• Perform all necessary check to regulate systems and product per customer specifications.

• Communicate any issues with supervisors and leads

• Perform all necessary checks

• Able to operate batter system

• Lock out Tag Out

• Minimize waste

• All other duties as assigned

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Must be able to operate and perform minor maintenance on all equipment in the assigned processing line. Know and follow all safety rules and sanitation procedures that apply to this area. Know the supplies that are needed and have them available. Must be able to deal with problems involving several variables. Be able to write simple correspondence. Good communications. LOTO validated.

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s work location, job duties, experience and expertise. A reasonable hourly estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $26.18
