As a Plant Utilities, you’ll play a key role in supporting plant operations and ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, teamwork, and building a long-term career in manufacturing.

Job Description

You’ll rotate through and provide support in four key areas of the plant:

• Packaging Support – Assist packaging operators by helping keep packaging lines running smoothly, supplying materials, and performing quality checks.

• Sanitation – Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the plant, supporting food safety and efficient production.

• Flake Line & Warehouse Assistance – Help operate flake production equipment and assist with warehouse operations such as material handling and inventory movement.

• General Labor Activities – Support day-to-day operations by performing a variety of general tasks, such as equipment cleaning, product handling, and facility upkeep.

In each area, you'll help ensure that production goals are met while upholding Lamb Weston’s high standards for quality and safety.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

We’re looking for dependable team members who:

✔� Are 18 years or older

✔� Can read, write, and understand English (for safety and communication)

✔� Can lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically active work (standing, bending, climbing, etc.)

✔� Are comfortable working in confined spaces and on platforms, ladders, and stairs

✔� Are flexible to work weekends and rotating 12-hour shifts

✔� Can wear and properly use all required PPE (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes, etc.)

Bonus if you have:

Experience in manufacturing, sanitation, or warehouse operations

Skills in using hand/power tools or operating forklifts and material handling equipment

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s work location, job duties, experience and expertise. A reasonable hourly estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $19.04 - $20.04
