Job Description Summary

The Sales and Settlement Supervisor is accountable for five or less employees who are responsible for timely validation, trend analytics and accurate reconciliation of trade claims in Lamb Weston ERP system or trade promotion management tool based on established sales contracts in alignment with department SOX controls.In this role supervisory and execution role you will support all business units and departments enterprise wide overseeing specific strategic customers. It is important that there is a consistent relationship with all customers for ease of processing.
Job Description
- Manage the overall day to day operations for the Settlement Management process, including the scope of Acxion oversight for assigned Business Units
- Develop and maintain relationships with extended business functions within Lamb Weston and be the first point of contact for escalation on disputes and deduction resolution
- Have oversight of your team/people leading the operation meetings with Acxion and be a go to person for the team with any needed support or questions as well as helping backup when others are out of office. This should be considered a third party oversight role.
- Oversight and execution capabilities of Sales Excellence and Salesforce support
- Act as a liaison between extended business functions, customers and Acxion to ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Oversite of Key Performance Indicators for the department.
- Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures (including Acxion responsibilities) to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
- Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, and justifiable in Have
- Have oversight of the review process for the write off ledgers to monitor the under the threshold dollar value short pay write offs to ensure there is no incorrect write offs and no revenue leakage.
- Work with Human Resources/Recruiters to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees. Support Acxion in their hiring practices, as needed.
- Provide oversight and direction to the employees in accordance with the organizations policies and procedures.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of 5 or less individuals, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities
- Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization and emphasizes the Lamb Weston mission, vision, and values.
- Lead employees using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning.
- Own and drive continuous process improvement projects
- Oversight of department SOX controls for completeness and accuracy.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred or relevant work experience.
- 5+ years accounts receivable, credit, collections and/or trade or non-trade deduction resolution experience.
- Research, strong problem-solving, mathematical, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with Excel, ASI, Salesforce, Trade Promotion Management system (currently MEI) and SAP ERP programs that aid in statistical and financial calculations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities or projects
- Ability to work as a team leader, be organized, and plan ahead

- Effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing. Spanish knowledge is an added advantage.
